The quality goal of our factory is: 1)The pass rate of the products strives to achieve 100% ,2) the rate that the customers complain can only be up to 1%,3)In 2005, we strive for that 1--2 products can be awarded by Shanghai welding association as the famous brand products, and can reach and exceed the quality of the foreign like products.
While 2004 was passing, our factory summarizes on the working situation of the whole year of 2004. This summary divides into three parts altogether. First part, the main work of this year. New product introduction£ºQJ20X-1A is a kind of popular multi-functional soft brazing flux, it has two kinds of flux :cream and liquid. The melt point, is in about 260¡æ and the PH is 6. Its characteristic is, that various kinds of heat source will do, that it is simple and easy and convenient to operate, and that the price is cheap. This product can mend welding very effectively various kinds of tablewares, utensils made of such materials as aluminium, stainless steel ,etc., and sand holes emerging in using. The working technique is, to heat the weldment properly under any heat source, to braze it with the pure tin or the tin alloy to well soak, and for the copper device it is particularly outstanding and obvious that the flux flows slowly. Items needing paying attention to are as follows, firstly, shave the position to braze clean before welding, and make the new layer appear; secondly, heat the weldment properly, when the flux is close to change the color, join borer material rapidly, or put the borer material in advance and do.
