Shanghai Dahua New Type Brazing Filler Metals & Fluxes Factory,another name is Shanghai Good New Type Brazing Filler Metals & Fluxes manufacture ltd.(originally referred to as Shanghai Dahua Brazing Filler Metals Research Institute) is a member of Welding Society Braze Branch and Special Binding Committee under China Mechanical Engineering Society (CMES), Shanghai Municipal Welding Society and China Fire Protection Association (CFPA). This corporation specializes in R & D (research and development) and production of various brazing and soldering filler metals or fluxes and fire control products.

　　The brazing and soldering filler metal series of our factory include: silver-based, copper-based, aluminum-based, nickel-based and tin-based products, etc., and are available with sheet, cast rod, wire, powder and grains in terms of shape. The brazing and soldering flux series include: silver brazing fluxes, copper brazing fluxes, aluminum brazing fluxes and environmental-friendly non-corrosive aluminum brazing fluxes, etc., and are available with powder, paste and liquid in terms of shape.

　　The headquarters of our factory is in the second industry garden in Guangming town, Fengxian district, Shanghai, and includes Fengxian brazing filler metals manufacture base and Qingpu brazing flux manufacture base. For the advantage to contact with costumers, we set an office and management part in Shanghai center. It's very convenient for come-and-go.

　　Fengxian brazing filler metals manufacture base has an area about 8000m2, and is composed with two parts, manufacture part and living part. In the manufacture part, there are a modern Business and Scientific Research Building with an area of 529.6m2, and two standardized workshops with the total area of 2933m2. In the second floor of this building, there are many modern facilities to check, analyze and assay, which can watch and control the products' quality; and in the workshop there are many advanced manufacture facility such as large-scale pushing machine, vacuum smelting furnace, intermediate frequency smelting furnace, rolling mill, cutting machine, wire drawing machine, alignment machine, ring making machine, shearing machine and so on, which can fully satisfied the customer's request for the product quantity and the specs.

　　Our factory will have 55 stuffs, include 15 managers and technicians, besides we have a technical adviser group of about 10 technical advisers. The adviser group members who are experts in brazing and advanced technologists, come from universities, research companies and manufacture enterprises. They have abundant academic and practical experience, and many of them have taken part in the research and tackling key problems in the important research items in our country or abroad. They can help us to tackle problems of techniques and product quality, and they are the important supporting power for our factory.

　　With our technical adviser group's direction and help, our products' quality has an effective insurance following ISO quality management system's request strictly and depending on advanced examine and measure machines. The brazing filler metals and fluxes of Dahua brand has gained a good name in the large market in our country, and many products have been our branded products, such as the Ag-based filler and flux used in refrigeration, knives and other hard alloy trade, the Al-based filler metals and Al flux free of rotting used in cars' heat dissipater and other products made of Al, 516 alloy soakage material used in manufacture and repairing diamond aiguilles, and alloy filler metal and flux with low melting point used in fire protection products. These products have gained favor of market and wined affirmation and welcomes of users. Our factory has set up a preliminary sales network all over the country, from various provinces in East China and South China to Northeast and Northwest regions.
